Land O'Lakes Cross Country Ski Trails

The Cross Country Ski Trails (East & West loops) in the Ottawa National Forest are maintained by the Land O'Lakes Fish & Game Club.  These trails are used for hiking in the summer & autumn, and skiing in the winter.  Snowshoeing is also welcome in the winter, but please limit it to the East loop where the groomed surface is wider and can accommodate both ski tracks and a surface for snowshoeing!







Purchase, maintenance, and operation of the equipment used to develop and maintain the trail system is an expensive proposition!  The labor to perform the work is no less valuable and is provided by volunteers led by Bob Turnquist.  Thus, there is a need for financial support!
